Absolute great experience from the first phone asking about a 2500 Denali truck I saw online. Truck was at another dealership and Sean Agner was able to get the truck bought to Augusta for me to look at the truck. After making the purchase there were a few things we agreed on to have repaired and they jumped right on it and had them taken care of extremely fast.

Lexus is a great brand. When I was looking at Lexus to replace my car, I asked my friends about their Lexus cars and asked them why they bought them. Most of them acknowledged that Lexus builds a good car, but the reason they go back for service or a replacement car is the Jim Hudson dealership experience. I understand their loyalty now after purchasing a vehicle from them and after my first service and dealing with Dana Kent. It’s the un-dealership experience! I matter to Brian Ford, Dana Kent and Jim Hudson.
Even though I did not purchase a Lexus, I did find my perfect vehicle there and they delivered it to me 300 miles away. Martelli has been great to work with. The drivers were so friendly and pleasant. Their customer service is amazing!. I wish there was a Jim Hudson closer to me.
