The total car experience was a first for me. Cardell Burton and I worked solely via email and text messages. When we found the right car for me, the process was simple and ease. We also expressed interest in the GX550, but none were available to test drive at the time as they were already reserved for other clients. I give them a 4 star, the only reason they did not get the 5 star was because of their low trade in offer for my car I wanted to trade in. When I purchase my 1st Lexus they low balled me on my trade in, they were 25% low on my trade in from what other dealers had offed me on it. I had to show them the offers to get them to match what other dealer were willing to purchase my car out right from me for cash. Big problem here is if other dealers are willing to give me 25% more ...
