Follow-up. Jim Hudson’s employee has banned me from getting my car repaired. The service manager Mickey lied to Corporate. Mickey told the caseworker from Lexus that he and I agreed that Jim Hudson Lexus would not repair my car. Not only is Mickey disrespectful to women he has a lack of integrity. I had an outstanding experience with our Sales Associate Paul at Jim Hudson Lexus Augusta while purchasing my new Lexus 350 TX car. From the first phone call with Paul to stepping into the dealership to seal the deal, he was professional, listened to my needs and never made me feel pressured. A stress free experience from start to finish. I spoke with several different dealerships before driving 2.5 hours one way to buy my car. It was because Paul and this dealership went above and beyond to make this sales process as smooth as possible.
I have purchased 3 Lexus ES350's from Jim Hudson Lexus and I can not imagine doing business with any other dealership!! Our most recent purchase was a 2025 Lexus ES350. We originally leased our Lexus from a Savannah dealership. We had moved to Augusta by the time the lease ended. The Jim Hudson dealership, and especially the personal service provided by Keenan Mason, made the lease buy-out process simple and painless, without having to return to Savannah.

My wife and I made a 300 mile round trip to purchase a vehicle which I had been assured was still for sale and on the lot late Saturday afternoon. Upon our arrival the vehicle was not there and it took four calls before I was advised it had been sold but would not tell me when. Wasted time and money on top or poor customer service.
I went in knowing exactly which car I wanted. I was not sure about getting the right deal. My sales consultant, Jamie Williams, was very courteous and not pushy. He understood that I wanted the best trade-in possible as I was trading in a vehicle that was paid for and in great condition. It took a while, but we finally came to a deal I felt was fair. He was very patient and knowledgable . I am thrilled with my new car and can't stop looking at it.
I purchased a truck there a week ago and it has broken down already. I thought it was bad that they gave me a warranty that I did not ask for but maybe they knew what they sold me was no good.

I guess as a gay man I should have realized taking my mother to go car shopping in the south would be welcomed with chauvinism and homophobia. Finally after the price of one of their vehicles couldn't be negotiated at all and one of the dealers implied we couldn't read we walked out. Their response was have a nice day ladies. Wow.
